How to reserve equipment
Reservations can be made through the equipment reservation system.
If you are a first time user, you will need to register your user information. Please register here .
If you have already registered your user information and wish to reserve equipment, please log in below to make a reservation.

User Information Registration
You will be asked to apply to register your name, organization, and contact information. -
Approval by Administrator
After the information received is verified and approved by the office, the reservation system can be used. -
Reservations for shared equipment
After approval, you will be able to make a reservation. Please log in to the system to make a reservation. -
Approval of the reservation by the administrator
Reservations for use must also be approved once by the secretariat. -
Use of Shared Equipment
Once your reservation is approved, your reservation is complete.

Shared Equipment Usage Fee
Usage Fees Co-creation Place Rules
As of October 1, 2022
- Participants in the co-creation space (companies and government) are charged the same amount as "in-center participants".
- The same fee is applied to companies that are tenants of the JCMT OIL (participating organizations in the Co-Creation Zone) as to those that are "in the Center".
The same fee is applied to companies (not participating institutions) that reside in the JGC OIL as to those that reside outside the Center (academic institutions).
Other operations will be determined by the Director of the Center for Co-Creation Research and Development and the Director of the Kento Imaging Support Center as needed after due consideration, so please consult with us.
